YogaFest NC is a full-day health and wellness event April 14 from 8am to 4:30pm that will boost awareness about the practice of yoga while providing tips for practicing a healthy lifestyle through educational sessions, exhibitors and yoga classes to benefit the NC based 501c3 educational nonprofit organization, You Call This Yoga.

Tickets are $25 and include lunch. The event will be held at the Hilton North Raleigh/Midtown 3415 Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh, NC 27609. YogaFest NC is being held to help more people understand how the practice of yoga can benefit health and wellness and more specifically, people who have limited mobility due to a medical condition.
