The pathway to living an Optimum Life is a series of steps, and sometimes, a two-step. Enjoy “Seniors Know They Can Dance, a special dance competition presented by Brookdale Senior Living. The competition features senior dancers ages 65-99 from the Triangle area and Brookdale Senior Living communities. Senior dancers will be paired with young dancers to compete for first, second and third place. Dance couples will show off their talent by dancing routines such as the Fox Trot, Cha Cha, Waltz and more.

The event is Saturday, Nov. 5 from 1 to 3 pm at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church, located at 5801 Falls of the Neuse Road in Raleigh. Call (919) 520-6844 for complimentary tickets.
