The Moore County Extension and Community Association, Inc. will sponsor the 17th Annual “Kitchens…and Moore” tour in Pinehurst and Southern Pines, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be 6 private homes on the tour. Although kitchens will be featured, most of the rooms in each house will be shown. Area Chefs will serve favorite recipes at each home. The proceeds will go to youth groups such as Moore County 4-H Clubs and Boys and Girls Homes of North Carolina, Inc. Tickets will be available at the Pinehurst Village Chapel Hall and at each house the day of the tour for $20.
