Kitchens…And Moore Tour

September 9                                  10 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

This event will allow participants to tour six kitchens in the Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen area. Local chefs will be at the homes preparing and serving some of their favorite recipes.  Tickets are $20 the day of the tour and $15 in advance. Tickets can be purchased at The Faded Rose, Daphne’s Hallmark, Seagrove Candle Company, Phoenix Fashions and the Cooperative Extension Office. Proceeds will go to youth groups, such as Moore County 4-H Clubs and Boys and Girls Homes of North Carolina, Inc. Moore County Shrine Club 45th Annual Fish Fry

September 10                                                11 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

At this event the Sand-Ts unit of the Shrine Club will have their miniature Model-Ts on display for attendees to see. Proceeds go to support the Shriners Hospitals for Crippled and Burned Children. The event will be held at the Southern Pines National Guard Armory. Tickets are available the day of the event or prior from any Shriner.

6th Annual Harvest Festival

41st Annual Malcolm Blue Historical Craft and Farm Skills Festival
