Roasted Chicken Breast with Sweet Potatoes & Broccoli

1 boneless, 6 ounce Chicken Breast

1 small Sweet Potato diced into 1-inch cubes

½ cup Broccoli

2 Tbs Olive Oil

I sprig Rosemary, chopped

In a oven-safe sauté pan, put chicken breast seasoned with a little, and I mean little, salt and pepper. Add sweet potatoes and coat with oil and rosemary. Cook in a 400-degree oven for 35 minutes. Then add broccoli and cook for 15 more minutes. Put on a plate and enjoy.
